HOW MUCH IS A WHITE SHIRT WORTH?

Now, how much are they worth?

Now comes his hook.

Place them in the hands of Jesus.

Now, how much are they worth?

I first heard this comparison made with an old fiddle in the hands of a violin virtuoso. If it had been made by a man who walked the way he talked, it could have made a tremendous impact.

But you force me to ask, How much is a white shirt worth?

I guess that depends on WHERE you bought it or who wears it.

Since you brought up Jesus, let's put one on him and compare.

When the reformed good, the habitually bad and the permanently ugly are housed together, would Jesus punish the good simply because their mixed in with the bad and ugly?

No!

Jesus would use his white shirt to stand in THE GAP, not letting the ones with a history of reformed behavior fall through the cracks.

Jesus wouldn't need to multiply loaves and fishes to feed us.

He'd hold Aramark accountable.

Instead the gulf between what we get and what we should is like OCEAN PACIFIC.

Jesus would be so constant in his behavior, the lost wouldn't have to GUESS what a real Christian is like.
