Leeann “Parker” Parker is the Operations Manager at Exchange for Change and an alumna of the organization’s educational programming. After nearly two decades of incarceration, she returned home committed to advocating for education, second chances, and opportunities for people impacted by the justice system. Parker earned a certificate in Addiction Studies and is continuing her education at Miami Dade College. Drawing from both her lived and professional experience, she is passionate about supporting returning citizens and using her story to inspire change.
