Erika Mayor is a bilingual communications and digital marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in public relations and digital marketing, specializing in the nonprofit and small business sectors. Erika founded her our PR consulting firm in 2013, GrupoMayor Consulting, a multi-faceted public relations firm.  Prior to this, Erika worked for prominent nonprofit organizations, including the American Red Cross and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Erika’s expertise spans media training, crisis communication for government projects, and managing high-profile events.

She’s also an adjunct professor at the University of Miami, teaching various courses in the School of Communication, including social media, public relations strategy and the university’s first-ever PR events course. Erika holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and a master’s degree in business from Florida International University.
